My name is Ms. K. McQune. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to all the new parents and returning parents at Brownsville Academy High School. As your Parent Coordinator at 17K568 my job is to provide information, outreach and give support to you, so that we can help your child achieve and grow. I will be there to walk you through whatever concerns, apprehensions or questions you might have. My expectations for this year are to increase parent involvement on campus as I have planned monthly activities and workshops by month for this 2023-2024 school year. I understand that circumstances often prevent parents from coming into the school as often as they might like, which is why I am asking every parent to please return the contact form by September 15, 2023.
I will be sending parents/guardians updates, along with providing our monthly newsletter that will be provided on our website www.brownsvilleacademyhs.com. I am on campus Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, and I will also be available on 2 Saturday’s out the month starting in October. Please feel free to stop by my office, room 119, located near the entrance with any questions, ideas, concerns or even to say hello.
